Combines the ultra-economical performance of an infrared zone heater with a small boost from the internal fan.

By their nature you can locate an infrared heater in a large open space and it will just heat you and ignore the surrounding area providing massive cost savings over turning up your thermostat to heat the entire house or office.

Infrared heat is the same type of warmth you feel when you stand in the sun on a hot day. The reason a hot day feels hot all round is that the sun heats objects (like people, cars, the ground etc) and in time those heated objects then start to share the heat around thus warming the air too.

Most infrared heaters just provide that infrared heat and don't come with a fan installed - and provide you with up to 50% cost saving by doing so, but when you also add a small fan to push heated air around the immediate area you provide a combination (like a one-two punch) of heat types that more quickly makes you feel like you've had the heater on for hours.

The fan isn't designed to distribute hot air all round the entire room. That would defeat the purpose of this design of heater. This fan is small, but just large enough to more quickly heat the small area you're sitting or working in (e.g. your bed, sofa or office chair).

This heater can be used in the upright position heating a taller/narrower area or rotated round so that it heats a wider area. It also comes with a built-in tip-over switch - that means that if the heater gets knocked over it will automatically shut itself off to save it from doing any heat-related damage to carpets, desks, curtains etc.
